Features add-on — more products, images and a custom domain
Paid plans that raise your limits — Features (50 products / 250 MB) and Features Plus (100 products / 1 GB), both with a custom domain. Free shops get 10 products and 25 MB.
Every shop gets 25 MB of image storage and room for 10 products for free. The Features add-on lifts that to 250 MB and 50 products for £5/month. Features Plus gives you 1 GB and 100 products for £10/month. Both include a custom domain. Find them under Manage → Features add-on.
Both plans also unlock custom domains — serve your shop on your own web address. Cash on collection is free for everyone.
Check your usage
The Storage page shows a meter: - Image storage — how many MB of photos you've uploaded vs your limit. The bar turns amber as you near the limit and red when you're nearly full. - Products — how many live products you have vs your allowance.
When you hit a limit
- Images: if an upload would push you over your storage limit, it's rejected with a note. Remove some photos, or upgrade.
- Products: once you're at your product allowance, the item editor stops you adding more until you remove one or upgrade.
Upgrade
- Go to Manage → Features add-on.
- Review the price and what's included, then click Upgrade storage.
- You're taken to Stripe to pay securely. Your raised limits apply as soon as the payment confirms.
Open Manage billing any time to update your card or cancel. If the subscription lapses, your limits return to the free tier — your existing images and products stay, but you won't be able to add beyond the free limits until you resubscribe or remove some.
